Video and Audio Communication
With vidicall, the operator and the caller can see each other with live video. You can choose among different plans whose video qualities range from medium quality ( 100 kbit / s ) to very-high quality ( 800 kbit / s ).
Text Chat
The mini-chat area in vidicall is designed to be used for information that is better conveyed textually.
Sending Web Pages
During a vidicall session, the operator can send the visitor a web page. The page is displayed in the visitor's mini-browser, without any intervention from the visitor.
For example, when talking to your customer about his purchase, you can send the product's web page or the shipping tracking page to your customer. The operator can inspect the page inside his mini-browser before sending it to the customer.
Incoming Call Audio Tone
Since vidicall will alert you with an audio tone when a call comes in, operators don't have to wait at their computers.
List of Active Calls
Vidicall displays a list of active calls to the operator. The operator can see the details of visitors who are waiting for operators as well as visitors who are already talking with operators.
Collect Information at Welcome Screen
With the Vidicall Welcome Screen feature, you can collect information about your visitors, such as name, email, phone number, order id, etc.
Offline Message

Specific Visitors *
